in-home support includes the following, but is tailored to your needs (this means that we would not be able to complete everything listed within the 4-hours, but will touch on varying points)

• complimentary consultation
• phone support
• on-call around your EDD (estimated due date)
• nurturing for family (time to shower, moment to self, encouraging eating and drinking)
• mothering-the-mother (personal check-ins, guided meditation)
• physical support (carrying items around the house)
• non-judgmental emps (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual) support
• light organization (washing clothes if you have a washer and drier in-house, organizing baby items)
